Providing full administrative support to the workshop; Maintain the department resource planner; Management of equipment work orders; Manage all induction & access requests for the workshop facility; Expediting of department requisitions and equipment returns; Supporting various projects within the department; Dealing with customers’ queries in an efficient and professional manner; Managing the workshop time and attendance system; Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports; Effective complaint handling; Responsible for processing all vehicle repair estimates and ensuring efficient follow up on outstanding tasks; Identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate action to stop recurrences; Maintaining office storage and filing systems; Supporting senior management with a variety of duties; Other ad hoc duties as needed.
2-3 years of work experience in busy admin role; Experience in work scheduling and planning; Extensive knowledge of all MS Office software, particularly MS Excel; Ability to communicate effectively; Meticulous to detail, organisational and time management skills; Capable of working to deadlines; Proactive in approach to work; Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly; Team Player; Experience in Motor Trade is desirable; Minimum of Grade 12 certificate is required.
